THE MUSE OF JOHN AND YOKO

This unforgettable, poetic composition of melody and words was a collaboration of John and Yoko's .You might say; Lennon's statement of true love found in Yoko. One of my so very favorite songs of all time; an overlooked treasure for sure! John Lennon had undeniable ability to create beautiful songs filled with immense emotions and principles.There is never once that I can say I don't get so overwhelmed and inspired by his music and the passion in his beautiful voice when I listen to all of his gorgeous songs. I will forever miss him but ever grateful for what he has left us behind to adore.

~ ' OH, MY LOVE ' ~

Oh my love for the first time in my life,
My eyes are wide open,
Oh my lover for the first time in my life,
My eyes can see,

I see the wind,
Oh I see the trees,
Everything is clearer in my heart,
I see the clouds,
Oh I see the sky,
Everything is clearer in our world,

Oh my love for the first time in my life,
My mind is wide open,
Oh my lover for the first time in my life,
My mind can feel,

I feel the sorrow,
Oh I feel dreams,
Everything is clearer in my heart,
I feel life,
Oh I feel love,
Everything is clearer in our world.

John Lennon

"Anybody who claims to have some interest in me as an individual artist or even as part of the Beatles has absolutely misunderstood everything I ever said, if they can't see why I'm with Yoko And if they can't see that, they don't see anything."~John Lennon~

Twilight at Sea

The Twilight Hours like birds flew by,
As lightly and as free;
Ten thousand stars were in the sky,
Ten Thousand on the sea;
For every wave with dimpled face,
That leaped upon the air,
Had caught a star in its embrace,
And held it trembling there.
