*** The Good Witch & The Good Witch's Garden ***
Not too long ago around mid summer my daughter and I decided to pay a visit to hubby up in Chalk River.One night my daughter asked me if I would be interested in watching two Witch movies with her that she had seen before and had liked very much and wanted to view once more; of course I accepted, I could never decline something dealing with practical magic!!!
Completely entranced by the end of the evening, even thou we had to watch the entire two movies in red due to a failing screen we were enthralled by the simplicitiy and pureness of a romantic old fashioned style tale.
Catherine Bell as Cassie Nightingale
For me it was like watching Bewitched all over again for Catherine Bell plays the Purrfect Witch and Chris Potter"Police Chief Jake Russell" as her paramour totally make the Purrrfect couple…special magic between the two I think! For that matter the entire cast is Purrrfectly matched!!!
If you have been like me and haven’t yet lay your eyes upon this tale please do watch both of these weaving magic flicks… “The Good Witch” & “The Good Witch's Garden” on the Hallmark channel for I’ll tell you they will definitely put a spell on you and Catherine Bell I forsee becoming everyone’s favorite burnette witch and will be looking for her store “Bell Book and Candle”, yes, no mistake same name as the old flick with Jimmy Stewart and Kim Novak …to find her!

~ Turn of the Screw ~
WE WERE SOLDIERS
Twilight at Sea
The Twilight Hours like birds flew by,
As lightly and as free;
Ten thousand stars were in the sky,
Ten Thousand on the sea;
For every wave with dimpled face,
That leaped upon the air,
Had caught a star in its embrace,
And held it trembling there.

Hi there!! I love that lil' song you sang from Hocus Pocus over on my bloglette ;) ;)
I LOVE practical magic too, and all Halloween movies that bring out some sort of fantastical spirit!
Bwuahahahaaaaaaaa ~ thank you for being a delightful part of the festivities!!
I love these movies, too. Catherine Bell is perfectly enchanting as Cassie. I hope they make a third movie.
I will definitely look for those two movies. They sound like something I would enjoy! I have to tell you how much I love your banner. I have that soap ad and I never thought of turning it into a witchy collage. You did an awesome makeover!!
I haven't seen those movies but now I will definitely look for them. Delightful party. Thanks for having me. Stop by mine

I've seen both these movies and I agree, they were a lot of fun. Like an old Disney movie. I thoroughly enjoyed them.
