*** Luna Incantata ***

Even the moon finds enchantment....the artistry of the Spider's web ablaze by the Moon’s gilded brush!

Having a little fun with the moon again; I have a real insatiable passion for the moon and spider’s webs …so enchanting and because I do use the word enchantment maybe a little too often Italian seemed more the appropriate language to imbue the romantic aura the evening moon casts upon our souls. I never even thought to look out my studio window when mistakenly my right eye caught a glimpse of a bright lamp light coming from beyond the window but it wasn't what I had thought, to my surprise and delight, there she was a full melon moon of softest pale yellow with a little mystery veil over her eye; its as if she was mimicking my picture I had just completed.
How strange and beautiful and so very, very mysterious is our moon…

Hello Annabelle,
This is my first visit to your wonderful blog and I am totally enchanted.
I am still working on visiting people who visited my Fanciful Twist Halloween Party, which is how I came upon you and your blog. I am so sorry it took me so long to get here. I can tell you it wont take me as long to come back.
I am very much in awe of your moon and spider's web. it is beautiful.

Hugs,
Penny

Twilight at Sea

The Twilight Hours like birds flew by,
As lightly and as free;
Ten thousand stars were in the sky,
Ten Thousand on the sea;
For every wave with dimpled face,
That leaped upon the air,
Had caught a star in its embrace,
And held it trembling there.
