REMEMBER THE CARTFUL OF FAIRYTALE PUMPKINS?

THEY WERE A NIGHTMARE TO CLEAN AND CARVE WITH JUST A HOUSEHOLD KITCHEN KNIFE. WE BROKE THE ONLY TWO PUMPKIN KNIVES WE HAD. THE SKIN ON THE FAIRYTALE PUMPKINS ARE SUPER TOUGH BUT THEY ARE WORTH USING FOR HALLOWEEN, THEY ALWAYS HAVE SUCH LOVELY SHADES OF ORANGE.

I MUST CONFESS, I ALMOST DIDN'T CARVE THEM AFTER THE FIRST ONE BUT EACH ONE I DID GAVE A DIFFERENT GLOW OF ORANGE LIGHT AND I WAS CURIOUS TO SEE THEM ALL LIT UP.

M CARVED THE BAT AND CRESCENT MOON PUMPKIN AND JACK

HE REMINDS ME OF SLOTH FROM THE GOONIES ....MISSING THE LITTLE EARS : )

SQUASH PUMPKINS ALSO DON'T GIVE YOU MUCH ROOM TO PLAY AROUND WITH BUT I STILL LOVE THEM

BASTET AND JACK ....OUR BEST PUMPKIN THIS YEAR!

THE WITCH IS IN

WATCHING "FRIGHT NIGHT" ANTON YELCHIN, DAVID TENNANT AND COLIN FARRELL, HE WAS SUCH AN AMAZING VAMPIRE IN THIS MOVIE!

Twilight at Sea

The Twilight Hours like birds flew by,
As lightly and as free;
Ten thousand stars were in the sky,
Ten Thousand on the sea;
For every wave with dimpled face,
That leaped upon the air,
Had caught a star in its embrace,
And held it trembling there.
