HERMAN MUNSTER BREAD

A lesson from Herman Munster
Once he's out of the refrigerator, you feed him, keep him warm and be patient.
Around mid-January, I picked up a batch of sourdough starter from The
Crusty Baker Bakery in Kemptville. All they asked in exchange was to name the dough. I gave the dough Herman Munster as a name. Well, my husband finally baked the Sourdough bread last night with plenty more dough left for my daughter to bake her own. Hers takes a while longer to prepare before baking. Herman turned out amazing, Stan! Thanks Crusty Baker!
p.s. I can't wait to see M's!

.
SO GOOD!

Twilight at Sea

The Twilight Hours like birds flew by,
As lightly and as free;
Ten thousand stars were in the sky,
Ten Thousand on the sea;
For every wave with dimpled face,
That leaped upon the air,
Had caught a star in its embrace,
And held it trembling there.
